Returns and Refunds for Defective or Faulty Products
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or faulty item, we will gladly accept returns and issue a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Defects or faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any issues reported after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
