Return & Exchange Policy

At DURJYA, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with utmost care and safety. We ensure that every order is packed securely so that the chances of product damage during transit are near zero. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or torn product, we are here to assist you.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

    • Only products that are damaged or torn during shipping are eligible for return or exchange.

    • Issues such as size, color preference, or change of mind are not covered under our return policy.

  2. Filing a Return/Exchange Request

    • You must file your return or exchange request within 4 days from the date of delivery.

    • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  3. Proof of Damage

    • To process your request, clear video evidence is mandatory.

    • The video must be taken while opening the package and should clearly show the shipping label, the unboxing process, and the damage/torn product upon opening.

    • Without this video proof, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange request.

  4. Return Process

    • Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

    • The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  5. Exchange Process

    • Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will send you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

    • If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a store credit.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
